Want to set up a tank for Malawi Cichlids

I have just managed to get hold of some new tanks and would really like to make one a Lake Malawi one. The tank is 48"length x17"wide x17" deep so that makes it around 205 Ltrs of 50 UK gallons.

Up till now the only Cichlids I have are angels and they will remain in their own tank.

Can anyone offer any advice or a list of Malawi Cichlids you would comfortable put in this tank?

I really like malawi gold cichlids. They stay relatively small (about 5") and they are among the more peaceful inhabitants of lake malawi. You could have a couple of them.

Keep in mind that their suggestions tend to be on the extreme side of overstocking. If you don't have any experience in Africans before, you should settle with less than what they recomend with more places to hide.
