Hi guys.
I have this piece of live rock in my tank, its about 2kg.
Anyway it has about 6 really decent sized mushroom on it about the size 4inches across. But the thing is, the rock is right at the back of the tank in a corner so no one can see them unless you know they are there. I dont want to have to move the rocks around so I can sitaute them somewhere else as I am happy with the layout.
So I was wondering if I could take the rock out of the tank, cut off all the mushrooms at their bases and put them in a floating breeding trap used for freshwater livebearers with large coral sand/LR rubble under them to attach to them put them in a suitable place after a few days.
Do you guys think this will work?
thanks
