at the walmart i went to today they had tons of green puffers mixed in the with neon tetras andd the puffers were owning up on the tetras

I got my bettas from Wal-Mart. But I really hate how they keep their fish. They sell this fish tank for bettas that has to sections for two bettas so they can flare at each other. The poor bettas have to be cramped up in a 1/2 gallon space. It's so horrible.
