wow cool. really good quality video well done and good luck with the fry :)

Very nice Ian. She is totally stunning, a real credit to you. You going to grow them on or just let nature take its course?

That Apiso is really nice I must admit, had there been signs of breeding Ian? The fry are so small!

I'm gonna let nature take it's course this time around, i need to research the breeding aspect of these. It's happened quite quick, i have only have em a month. Cheers for the comment Minnnt.

Lol stop looking at the plants! Those fry should be really nice by the looks of those parents

hey DJ Funk, they are apistogramma cacatuoides double red, a really interesting fish.

Agreed Zod, she's a beaut! Well done Ian :) how is she doing with them now? None vanished overnight?

Wow they are stunning! I hope mine breed when I get them, would be lovely, especially as they are such good parents.

What type of moss is that that you have?

I just have to ask, is there any particular reason your female is called Dawn? :)

thanks guys...

she's taken them to the back of the tank, there have been a few other deaths though, i have lost 3 of the red phantoms, i presume she has attacked them. I did catch her ripping the tail off of one of them.

What type of moss is that that you have?

it's just plain old Java moss.

I just have to ask, is there any particular reason your female is called Dawn?

i only did that as a joke, just to see if anyone noticed.
