Urgent Something Up With My Pleco

keep me up to date. Keeping fingers crossed he gets well :)

Of course I will. There's nothing worse than never finding out about someone's fish. It bothers me if I don't find out the ending anyways.

So I picked up some medication that's a one dose tablet for 115liters and does everything from worms to live ect. But it's not good if you have shrimp as it will also kill them...
Interesting. Alas I cannot see the video on my apple device. Can you tel, us the name of the medication? Good Luck getting him right.

It's called waterlife one shot Parazin P
Fish lice and Anchor worm

Anyone know how I could check on my plec without having to catch him. I need to look underneath him.

wait until lights out and then sneak up on the tank? It's the only time I see my boy really - unless he's starving hungry and then he might venture out to compete with the SAE's for food

He may be out. But I need him to be on the glass that's the only issue. He was out and about today but not where I needed him xD
Oh the struggles of having fish.
I will go have a little look now actually.

it's all you can do ... just keep a watch for him moving into a position where you can get a look at him. Keep me posted :)

It's quite difficult as I can only get to one side of my tank. The front. I can peer down the side but it's awkward.
I'm just going to have to keep going back to the tank.
I sat in front of it for a good hour today waiting.
He's still alive though and lively. By his cave he's made a hole in my substrate. Well not like a hole as such but he's moved my sand around. XD

He does this when I put his wood pellets in. So I know he's eating

my plec has made a hole too. He lives under my lump of bogwood and he's removed all the sand ... every so often I see a cloud of sand and it's him sweeping out his hole. He's taken it down to the glass bottom

He's not gone that far. Wow. Just made more holes for getting under his coconut cave.

And I spotted him out today however it was on the side of the glass. And I attempted to get a photo but they are just out of focus. Even tried a few videos but alas the same thing happened.
Not much has changed. So perhaps that's a good thing. Since it has gotten worse

so you still can't tell if the medicine is working or not?

All I can tell is that it hasn't gotten any worse. But not really if the medicine has worked.

So now I have a question.
Could the white bubble be gas bubble decease?
Should I do a water change and then add half a tablet to my tank if I do a 50% water change. It says it lasts for 6 weeks and works within 2 weeks. But as it's a pond treatment you wouldn't do water changes as far as I know in a pond.

sorry, I can't help you there. Hopefully someone will be along that can :)
