Urgent Help Required

Last week on friday i purchased some new fish i put them in the tank and everything seemed fine until three days ago i noticed one of my penguin danio was dead i thought it must of just been a one of so the next day there was nothing but yesterday the remaining four all died and today i notice one of the new fish a clown loach is dead as well they all showed no sign of illness and were all feeding also the ph nitrtate and amonia levels are all fine however when i put the new fish in some of the water did go in aswell dispite trying to keep it all out does anyone know what this might be as i do not wish to loose any more of my fish tank size cannot be an issue either as my tank is a juwel rio 500 this has never happened to me before that is why i am seeking urgent help thanks
 
Do you have all your stats exactly? Could you please post just to double check Nitrite, Nitrate, ammonia?

How many fish did you have in the tank before you added them? How many do you have now?
 
What was the ph of the store to your tank.
How long did you climatise them for.
Were they darting around or hanging around the bottom.
Did the go pale.

Did you quarantine the new fish that you got before adding them into your existing tank. Eventhough your tank levels are normal nothing says that the fish that you added didn't have any diseases.
 
Yeah, could've been that the new fish brought something nasty with them and it got the rest of them sick. If all readings are fine, then that is probably what happened.
I'd start treating the tank... maybe with maracyn 1 & 2
