Unknown Plec Id Please

As it says, i have an unknown plec enjoying life in my tank, dunno what brand it is but rescued from a god aweful tank someone was getting rid of, there were two but one had to be put down as he was in too much of a bad state.
on a plus the survivor is looking nice and healthy.

Any ideas on ID , i think possibly a BN???

yep hes about 2 inch nose to tail at the moment , was a right skinny one , now has a good belly . Between him and my two Otto's Algae is well uner control !

L183 looks like.

Don't ignore him though - he requires feeding just like the other fish. Sweet potato, courgette, algae tablets/wafers etc. They can very easily starve.

It's either ..... Ancistrus RIO UCAYALI or Ancistrus hoplogenys (L59)... always gets me confused between the 2 lol... lovely fish BTW

Fishyjake has nailed it... Unlikely to be an L059 just as they are as rare as rocking horse poop...

Might just be a common BN with a colour tint. We had one that started out orangy like this but it grew up normally.

On closer look... It's the wrong shape for a common.

I'd go with Ancistrus Rio Ucayali
