Unidentifeid Critter

Hi,

I have just seen a weird slug like thing.
It has a mouth very much like a turbo but no shell. It moves around on one pod. Its about the size of a 20p piece. It moves quite quickly.

Any ideas what it could be..

PS I have tried to get a photo but it looks as though I will have to get out a manual focus camera as the autofocus digital can't get a clear piccie.
