Have you measured the water temperature? Looks like you are showing the air temperature. How much does it cool down at night? Block the sunlight with a background as suggested above by Colin_T. Try evaporative cooling. It works and will lower the temp a couple of degrees. They make aquarium fans just for that purpose. As Gary said, keep your bioload very low and species that can tolerate high temperatures. Just curious, is your tank sitting on a reptile screen top? If so, it will eventually fail.31.9°C?!
