Wen I had windows 8 it didn't work properly with this forum so I went into incognito mode on google chrome and it worked then one day normal browsing worked so yea lol

Hmm well, since tcamos switched me over I am now having this same issue... Not that it is a big one, since daize pointed out the View New Content button! I hadn't noticed that yet. 
 
Anyway, just not sure what could be causing this for us newbies 

  But figured I would share that scrage is not the only one.

Now there is two of you huh!? Grrrr....but actually...now that there are two I know it's a board issue and not a user issue and I know just where to look!

I'm on Windows 8 and I haven't a problem, however I have no arrows just a cross when the panel is visible and a line of 3 dots when it isn't. Both work fine.
