whats the minimum size tank for these?

are they sexable easy when younger?

and if not how many should i get to get a pair off 6?

thanks guys

The best I can say is to search google. When I wanted info on them (out of pure curiosity), I searched for them and found 5 or 6 good sites with consistent information on its adult size and environmental needs. I could prob recopy alot of that info by why re-write it. Just search on google and you'll find the info.

Uaru aren't sexually dimorphic, meaning there is no visual differences between males and females. The best way to sex them is to grow up a group of six juveniles and let them pair off.

They reach 14" in the wild but usually only about 12" in captivity. Minimum tank size would be 48" x 18" x 15", preferably larger. If you purchase six from a shop, make sure they'd be willing to take 4 back off you when two have paired up.
