There was 11 that survived. Had to get rid of 2 more furries this morning. I'm not sure if they've all hatched - they're just too tiny to see now they're back in the bigger pot. I'll check in the morning and give updates

Oh that was awesome! I yelped "happy" when the one wriggled away so fast. You could just see all their tiny fins waving

if you had the sound on you can hear my heart pounding!! That's how excited I was. I couldn't believe I was both watching them hatch AND getting it on camara for you all to see too!!

I'm well happy. It more than made up for coming home to a platy with all her insides prolapsed. It was one I'd bred myself aswell - the very first lot that were born at xmas. I've put her to sleep and I'm sad about it but out with the old and in with the new - that's the circle of life I guess

I watched it back on the computer and thought "what's that weird noise" and then it dawned on me it was the mic picking up my heart beat lol

Bit odd listening to your own heart beat on video lol

Did you like the little cory bursting out of his shell?! It made me jump when it did it and it still makes me jump on the vid lol

I think it's cos I have a very slight heart murmur and a noisy heart valve. Makes my heart beat a bit louder for some reason. It's nowt serious just a bit weird
