Trouble Uploading

i have made the pic so small i can't even see what it is anymore and upload still says it;s to large 100k is tiny is is not ? or am i restricted from uploading being as im new to your forum?

I don't know anything about ms paint but if you resize your photos to 640x480 pixels it should easily be under 100k and should have decent quality

Make sure you are saving them as JPEG and not BMP which I think is the default format for MS Paint. JPEG is usually smaller than BMP.
