what do u think how hard would it be or easy do u have any suggestions on this i might just give it ago

Maintaining the temperature is going to be your biggest problem, I suppose.

You could lay heating coils under the substrate/ pond itself and if the pond was covered (say) enclosed in a conservatory type of glass structure, it might work. You will definitely incur a fat electricity bill :)

i thinking of bilding a summer house with a pond in so i could heat the room with heat lamps
like a rainforost room

Think more along the lines of a heated swimming pool and you'll get there :)

just think of all those diffrent fish u could keep

Someones got an indoor Oscar pond.. I've forgotted who. Anyways, it depends on your climate. Those who live in a very warm place can keep tropical fish in an outdoor unheated pond all year.
