Treating Fish Constipation

Hello, I have a guppy who recently underwent antibiotics treatment, and he is having stringy white poop which I think is constipation, since I did parasite treatment as well.
What foods will help with constipation?

Fibre. But watch carefully, because if there is any blockage, fibre won't help. Things like peas, blanched zuccini etc are more prevention than cure.
