Hello,
I've had some problems in my community tank over the last couple of weeks, which involved two dwarf gourami dying and I think my remaining one is sick too. All having different symptoms.
Anyway last week when my second gourami died i discovered that my female guppy had given birth in my community tank. I'm not sure when this actually happened, but there are three fry at the moment and they are about 1 cm long. How old are they likely to be?
Anyway, my question is, I need to medicate my gourami with Interpret no.9 (internal bacteria med) and wonder whether this is likely to kill my little fry? I don't have access to a quarantine tank for either fish, is there something I can do to try to save my fry?
Also just out of interest, how long will it be before I can sex my fry? I think they are female by the anal fin, but I'm doubting myself because they're so little!
