Top half of aquarium.

Any recommendations on peaceful fish to inhabit my rather empty top half of my tank?

Odd, I would suspect the angels, gouramis, and betta would spend a lot of time in the top half of the tank. They do in mine (minus the betta, I don't have one).

Here's an oddball suggestion: halfbeaks. They're completely odd-looking livebearers.
