BigC my tank is actually 12''x8''x8'' where i got 6'' from i don't know lol.

today my betta died of old age i think as there was nothing wrong with him etc. anyway i'm thinking kill's as you said you keep them in a 12''x8''x8'' so could i?

what sort do you reccomend? i'm after colourful one's .....

also should i get a trio (1m 2f)? or a pair?

should i get them from eggs and grow them on or as adults?

i would like easy to breed one's aswel if possible as i'd like to try breeding another sort of fish, (i've had good success with quite a few fish in the past).

and would a few shrimp be able to be put into the mix? if not why and oh well lol.

I use a fluval 2 in a 1.5 Gallon fry tank and it's fine. Apart from my shrimp like to jump off it and commit suicide!

you have the fluval 2 i have the fluval 1+, that's the major difference, there completely different. (well nearly)
