To Bath, Or To Shower

Being a mining man, coming up from underground all sweaty and dirty, the next best thing since.... since..... Ice cold beer, is to have a nice hot shower.

My wife on the other hand prefers to lay in the bath and get real soaked in bubbles and all the nice smelling stuff that you can treat yourself to nowadays.

This morning, My shower geaser popped, so until it gets fixed... I'm compelled to bath in the mornings.... This (I know) is going to put a damper on my spirits thouughout the day.


Which do you prefer??... to bath, or to shower??.... and why?

shower, because it's faster. at the holiday cottage we had last year in the lake district, they had this power shower, and if you put it on full blast cold it was actually painful. like a pressure washer.

I dont get the whole "Bathing is laying in your own filth"... how dirty could you be?

I pref a boiling hot bath, but I usually shower weekdays as its quicker and I can lay in longer lol

Showers in the morning, but if I've had a stressful day I do like a nice hot bath

Cold showers when visiting family in Fiji, that's all there is available, a bit of a wake up call in the morning that!

Amazingly i'm not one of the girls who like to bath because i think it's dirty. I do have to when i'm at home though because we are waiting for a shower to be fitted. So i probably have a bath on Tuesday and Thursday but i have a shower on Saturdays. At my friends house i stay every weekend so i started having showers there.

I love having a bath, but now since I am off to University in September, I've started to get use to the idea of having a shower every morning.....

But I voted Bath as that's my favourite.
