Hi ! well im still letting the tank go slowly alll the levels are fine
im well in the routine of 20% water changes, now! the tank is slowly becoming
brighter, i mean the rock and the substrate. the CuC come out as soon as the
light goes off and off they go to work.

People are asking me when are the fish going in?..well! they can wait!
ive had some Glass nems or small aips which iam taking care of at the moment!
i found Aipstasia-x nukes em!! but then i have only found 3 sofar.
the tank levels i checked before and after using (1 hr after) and my levels were
the same but then they where small and i didnt use much..and the water was changed next day.

My pulsing xenia is doing well!! ..infact it now has more arms than a Taliban quarter masters house!!

I'm wondering if its worth my while turnin on the skimmer at this stage?
what im saying is ! ive never used it ,,i just have 2 x cleaner shrimps and a CUC ..oh also not forgetting
the Hitchikers and this could be up to 4 crabs..!
well anyhows its pod city here the LR is starting to colour with coraline.
I mentioned in a post earlier that i had glass nems or little aips,well i used
aipstasia-x on 4 of em as a trial... they where in the substrate and i noticed no snail or crab would
pass over the substrate where they lay!! so i nuked em!! and i aint seen em since ..so i will start on the
others soon then another water change 20% per week seems to be fine ..i mean..my pulsing Xenia is doing great!
as are the shrooms and the green Rhodactis also...my levels seem fine ,consistant..
i have little white spots appearing on the back of my tank! i have read that these could be snail eggs?

Kip I've found that my Pom-Pom xenia dont like carbon in the tank, but I would if I were you let the skimmer do its thing.
I skimmed my tank from the start with a small nano type but decided that over skimming was the name of the game. So yeah set her going.
It may strip some trace elements such as iodine from the water so just watch the xenia and this will alert you.

ok i will give it a go ..the skimmer that is i will wait to get a little piece of sponge to combat
the microbubbles if they appear...!

Yes!! Skimmer started! setup took a day or two as i aint sure what i should be gettin
but! i have emptied the cup 3 times now!! light browny green stuff in there, not much
but i assume its working..should i be getting foam and liquid in there ?..oh No Bubbles

water change due tomorrow and the Aipstasia or glass Anemonies are gone!! but!
i know not to celebrate in these cases! as some people are haunted bty em so i count myself
lucky as ive seen some bad cases!

all shrooms and Rhodactis doing well sitting wide open and full of colour..the Xenia is growing so fast now!!
maybe i could frag it one day and give some frags away!!

i will post a few fts on sunday...

You should be getting a mass of bubbles inside the skimmer? If not, open the air valve a bit or move the skimmer a little higher
