Thanks for reporting this. We have enough information to track it down. It just takes time on a forum this size to find just where it's being brought in at. It's not on the server itself so it's in a link or embed so that can take some server time to locate.

I'll report back here once it's been located.

Okay, this has been located and removed. 
 
As suspected it was part of the ad code and not on our actual server. That ad has been forever ditched. 
 
THANK YOU all for reporting and helping to locate this. As I said finding these things can be really hard since there are literally 100's of thousands of records that have to be gone through to find it. 
 
If it happens again, please let us know.
