hi there, great tanks, you ve got natural talent at creating biotopes, the trick is to make them look natural, and as far as tricks are concerned...you are a magician!!! ok. i think ive given you enough praise for one day, lets get down to the question!...what is the plant you are using in the forgrounds of your tanks??

Wow!!! Thankyou very much :hyper: the foreground plant is Hemianthus Callitrichoides.

They are absolutely stunning tanks, and they look great set up side by side like that. I love how completely natural they look. I really wanted an Arc tank but my cats always jump on top of our current tank so definately a no no-dont want them swimming with the fishes!

VERY NICE TANKS!.... i love that wood ...what kind of wood is ....is it like a horn wood or something you found around where you live.... and what did you put on it to make it look awesome!?

It's redmoor which can be found at most maidenhead aquatics :), the plants on it are Needle leaf Java Fern, narrow leaf Java Fern and Fissidens Fontanus. Thankyou for the kind comments, I'll upload so updated pics soon as the foreground plant is now a lush carpet, or take a look at my journal in planted aquarium journals section. ;)

Update pic guys
HC carpet looks great. What did you use to affix the fissidens to your wood? I tried super glue on some of mine that was loose and it pretty much covered the whole thing, not a lot of it left to grow...

I used fishing line mate, holds it well and you cant even see it, great stuff. :)

I tried it with thread and it all snapped, then fishing line and lots of it came loose so tried the glue and now its encased. Oh well! Yours is looking very good that's how I hoped mine would turn out.

I think there must be a knack to tying it on or something, none of mine has ever come loose lol but I did use little forceps to tie it tightly.
