Well my first tank was blue gravel and spongebob figures. My second tank was black sand bogwood and fake plants.... now on my third attempt iv created something im really really happy with!!
My 30" tank, filtered by a fluval 3 internal filter and fluval 2 internal filter, is currently home to 3 albino corys (breeding >.>), 1 amona shrimp, 1 3" ish BN plec called Zeus and about 8 panda cory fry.
My 36" tank is filtered by a tetratec EX1200 and a fluval 2 internal filter and is currently home to some breeding panda corys, there fry (20 ish?) and 1 4-5" BN plec called arastotle. Its not quite finished yet, i need to cut the hood to get the pipes for the external filter in but you can get the picture of what im trying to do:
And they laid eggs on there first night in there which was nice
