I currently use Excel and TPN+ and I'm thinking of switching to AE's Aqua Carbon and Aqua Nourish+. Does anyone know if they are as good as my current ferts and carbon and are they to the same concentration as after lookjng on their site it looks like the carbon is the same but the nourish looks watered down as it says use double what you use of TPN+ daily and if it's half strength and half price I may as well stick with TPN+ as I dose an extra ml daily as it is. What you guys think? Anyone with experience with it?

Considered EI? I have used TPN+ before and wasn't really impressed with it. Nor was i by the Excel... :/

I switched to the Aqua Nourish range recently.

The aqua nourish is 1ml per 5 gallons and the aqua nourish plus is 2ml per 5 gallons

I think the aqua carbon is stronger though as it recommends initial dosing at 1ml per 12 gallons.

I'm achieving the same results as I did with TPN+/EI and Easy Carbo.

Thanks mate I'll switch to their carbon but I'll leave the nourish I think as it's half price and double dose. But then again it may be better than TPN+, hmmm dunno if it contains more phosphate I might change it it may cure my re occurring GDA on my rocks.

Hmmm EI may just cause me more headache as I only do monthly water changes now. But even on weekly I still got GDA.

May I ask what EI is? Been nosing around in everyone's plant business.

Estimated Index. using dry ferts such as magnesium sulphate, potasium sulphate, potasium nitrate, trace elements. Handy if treating a larger tank.

You'll have to compare the analysis' to know what's more concentrated.....You can't go off the dose. (Well, you shouldn't)
