Minimum 6 foot and 450L for the hippo tang, although with a 6 footer I would probably just recommend going up to around 680L.

You should be fine adding a regal last, they are quite dominant in my opinion! Makes sure you can house it properly though!

Just to add, I've had two flasher wrasse, both jumped out! Was most upset! I would only get one if you have a top to you tank!!

yeah ive read a few jumping out stories! The tank im starting withhas a lid, but I do plan to replace the lid with a light hood thing later on, so I'll have to use that egg box stuff over the top, hopefully that will keep them in!?

My first one was always out and survived serious tank health crashes - him and my two clowns seemed invincible! And literally he was out every time i looked, and then one day he wasnt. Naturally i was concerned, couldnt see him for a few days. Got the rocks out, nothing. Checked around my tank nothing. I was so confused! Then the smell came, then i found the body decaying under a grove under my tank cabnet. Was shocking.

Anyway, make sure you cover that top with something!!!!!
