Thing In Tank

Hey guys, ive just moved tanks which some people on here will know i was intending on it. Ive just rearranged all of my live rock and have just seen something long hanging off one of the bigger pieces. It was long (didnt see all of it) and it kind of resembled a centipede in a way. It was one colour throughout which was a pale orangy colour. I cant find the website which tells u things r good or bad but i dont have a good feeling about this at all... Im quite worried that within the last week before i moved tanks 3 clown fish went missing and weren't seen again, also i cant find my dancing shrimp.... Please help guys. Xander
