Thin tank........new pics.......

Sorry for all the pics tonight.........just one of those evenings.........


Our Thin tank is still going strong and is very settled............it now only has Platys, Endlers and three Zebra Loaches in it..........

Now a pic after we had been out to the LFS and bought a plant.........it didn't go in our other tank......but fit nicely in the middle of this tank..........still don't know what it is though.......

Oh...........and a view from my 4 yr old son who got hold of the camera........

It really is lovely just to stand and look at this tank........there is always a lot going on......

Thats a cool tank. I guess it would stink because u cant really keep anything big in there even though it has pretty good length

LIVEBEARERS!!!

The first thing that struck me was all the platies....how many exactly do you have?

Nice tank....I like the way the plants outside look like they are in the tank

The only way to count them is to take a photo and count the orange blobs......


There are around 40 platies of various sizes in there (maybe a few more).................probably around 15-20 Endlers.........3 Loaches and 2 BNs

.....we get about 1 platy fry survive every now and then......natural selection........

Oh......and it is around 6.5 inches front to back............five foot long and 2 foot high............

Not custom made by us..........but bought on Ebay for eight pounds fifty...... There is a thread around somewhere, I will find the link (do a search)>...

And yes........I don't mind doing the dishes at all........when I come home from work each day......I stand there while my wife does the dinner and have a drink just looking at it (and helping her of course... ).

Oh......and I forgot.....there are also two BNs in there.

We did consider some larger fish (before the livebearers did their stuff) Angels and the like.......but ended up with lots of action......
