had to pop out to get meal worms for them, ( all i could get was live eeww) but my son wasnt impressed when i walked in the house to check them and left him to get all the shopping out of the car

they seem fine, one is chilling at the surface,and the other on the wood

nelly if you read this, do i just throw these worms in whole?

eww live meals....hehe how big are they? dont over do it as for a few day's they may turn em down, but try one or two.....if you have to feed alot to the oscar's,,hehe,,,,if you cannot find dried i will send you a bag, my local garden centres have tonnes of tubs of these

oh garden centre i didnt think of that!

they are quite big worms, i put some blood worm in for them earlier and they scoffed that down,so they re not starving, i go over to homebase/the range later have a look

maybe ill try 1 and then dump them in the garden if no joy

could you not find the dried ones in morrisons shelagh? they difinately have them in the one near me!
i think iv seen them at most garden centres neil, sell it as wild bird food or something i think!
they look good, should come out more once settled!!

yep in wilkinson they are in the pet section for bird's...same in every garden centre i go to they have them, big tub should last a good while,

nothing at all David, in wilkinsons they have some " meal worm crumble" but lots of other bits added to it, cereal and fruit etc so wasnt sure

im sure ill find some by the end of the day- least i hope i will , Bo will enjoy some im sure

I got a really big tub of the dried from the little shop at our local country park, about £4.50 I think.
