May your BBQ's all work great, may the spirits flow, and may all the tunes be good ones.  Be sure to thank any servicemen or women you meet for the freedoms we enjoy and they protect.

But, remember that Memorial Day is specially set aside to remember those that made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedoms, not just having served.  Veterans Day and Armed Forces Day are for past and current servicemen/women.  Memorial Day is different.  A moment of silence and/or prayer should be offered for those (and their families).

Very true Eagles! This weekend has turned into the official start of summer so to speak in our neck of the woods. But we do take a walk through a large cemetary near our house and pay respects to those with the metal stars placed on their graves and tidy them up. We also visit the graves of my gram and my aunt. They were not soldiers in the war sense...but they were soldiers in life and cancer. Rain on the menu here and chilly so no BBQs here. Off to work! Hope everyone has a productive day!

Monday we are hasing steaks on the weber at the campsite
 
Tuesday we are going to S&S Lobster in Fitchburg, Ma for lobster..

Yesterday it was chicken cutlet marinated in Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce with brown sugar.  They tasted especially good on rolls with melted american cheese.

My 11 year old bonehead son decided to take his ASUS tablet to a sleepover last night & somehow his screen is now busted!  He's only had the thing since Christmas!  Does anyone know how hard it is to change a touch screen on a tablet?

If you're hanging out with your favorite girl, it doesn't matter what the movie is.  I had a great first date with my wife (way back when) and we saw "One Fine Day", which was one lousy movie!  Great first date though, considering we got married and all.
