Just got back from the "LFS" with two more Eheim 2217's, another heater, some more prime and other maintenance stuff.

Oh ya, and 6 new Golden Pristella Tetra

Also picked up 3 more catfish for my 50 gallon, they were SUPPOSED to be Jaguar, but they're just a Synodontis hybrid I'm pretty sure the larger Syndontis at the store were cheaper then these babies I bought to... oh well

Now time to spend the next hour washing the sand for their tank before I turn 3 over the back filters into 4 mature canisters >.<

They're looking better then mine... I've barely seen them since I put them in my tank since its... kinda large and alot of plants in it.


I just found one... and it wasn't pretty so I'm not going into any more detail

I always wanted some Pristella Tetras, I'm so jealous. Don't post pics please, as they would tempt me & I have a fish problem already. I don't have space for anymore!

no pics yet, but they were 2 for $2 Could only get 6 since my tank is pretty maxed out already and we had to move the glass catfish back into the community tank because the g/f wanted guppies in the 20g

Hey Lovelies!!!

I need to make a filter tomorrow.. Bought a power head a couple months ago but dint need another filter until now..

Going to make a filter using fluval ceramic filter media and a plastic bottle..

Its going into the 37 gallon.. need to get some bacterias growing..

Huhzah, Golden Pristella Tetra

And I got some more Amazon Sword since they're the only plant that seem to be able to live in my tank. I have some others but they're slowly browning I got 3 more regulars and 2 jumbo, the biggest one is almost as tall as my tank, I'd say its probably 20 inches high

I'll move them tomorrow I just ran out of time today. Took out all my fake plants since I'm adding driftwood tomorrow so things will be moved around. I'm also in the process of going from my last Over the Back filter to canister, so the Biomax is sitting in my tank keeping itself alive

As I mentioned earlier, I haven't seen my Kuhli loaches for awhile. I found one dead this afternoon ( ) and when I turned off my filters, I found another swimming in the rubber hosing. The other 4? All inside my Eheim 2217 ._. I wasn't expecting to see them fly out of the filter when I opened the close valve so one of them went down the drain but I caught the other three so now I'm down to 4 from my original 6

I've seen one so far in the tank today, gonna move things around soon for planning the driftwood so I'll either find them, or they got in the filter again <.<

I still can't believe I have (72) fish of (21) Species in (5) Tanks

I need to resist going by the fish stores so regularly.
