So, the faucet pump for my Python broke last night when I was getting ready for a waterchange ( blerg ) and I found some online to order for like $5 each instead of paying $15 at the LFS. So today I had to do the old fashioned water change in the 125g and 70g tanks. I forgot to unplug the heater in the 125g until I heard a hissing sound and realized it was water boiling off the heater. I unplugged it and started throwing water on it to cool it down. Needless to say I melted the plastic hooks it uses to stick to the tank

That show is my favorite thing on TV bar none. Last season was awesome but this season is starting off with a serious bang.

Hey Lovelies!!! Meet Louis!!!

I went into my LFS and this couple were there looking at the betta fish and so I went to see the betta fish too there was one which they had obviously had their eye on... I fell in love with this betta fish, he is so beautiful!!! I heard them say "Are we getting it? we'd better be quick otherwise someone else will get him!" and so I freaking ran to the till "EXCUSE ME I WANT THAT FISH!" and by the time the couple got back to the tank with the betta in... he was in a little bag at the till...

On a related note they now have very colorful Elephant Ear Bettas at my local Petco for $19.99. I plan to setup my 10 gallon & get one of those or maybe I'll try that King Plakat Betta I've had my eye on.

Just got back from BT's Smokehouse..

Got Ribs, brisket, skicky rib tips, andooey bites, mac and cheese..
I also got beef jerky and bacon they make there..
