nice find you will need to set the tank up as new before you move your fish, there are tonnes of info how already in the forum.

U mean de chlorine the tank and putting sand plants bog wood in etc?

Nice one! (had a ClearSeal 30" one in the past)

I would put your existing Gravel and water in, along with some new gravel/de-chlorined water.

+ Are you putting in a larger filter?? (put part of old sponge in if so> to help speed up maturing process)

Let it run without fish for 5 days or so, test water for essentials and then see if O.k to transfer fish. Try to get PH etc..the same as current conditions.

Good luck. (Do you really want guppies?)

good deal for £10, but are you sure its 3 foot long? it just doesn't look like a 3 footer to me, more like 30"

Good luck. (Do you really want guppies?)

i was thinking the same lol if it is a three footer, i'd have something much more eligant

I agree, I wouldn't put guppies in something like that. Try some nice rainbow gouramis. They are colorful, somewhat large, and not too hard to take care of. Just a suggestion of course...

I would not add guppies or a siamese fighter, very bad idea.

Guppys could attack / get attacked by the angelfish.
Betta WILL attack / get attacked by the angelfish

IMO since you have 4 angelfish you do not want to add to many more fish.

I think you should be get a nice school or corys (6+) and call it a day.

Corys are in my avatar by the way.

Then you'd have 4 large fish for the top and small ones for the bottom.

My sisters having, the old tank so shes keeping the angels :)

Im Gonna Start From Scratch Lots Of Rocks/Plants Etc

Any Suggestions On Fish?

The Tank Is 30 not 3 ft Just Measured Sorry ! :)

Ah, so are the Angels going to be in same tank??.......... (They'd love more space)

Maybe consider some small Gourami > Honey/Red Dwarf, Swordtails or Platies, Shoal of Tetras>Cardinals x6. +Cory/Small Plec. ? ? ?

I would like your Angels> if location was closer, I'd bid.

Think they've adapted well, there is only 3 of them, Plus there very active, healthy fish :D

I really think that for their well-being they should have this new tank which (I thought...) was specifically bought for them.

I think sister should keep a different fish...

As I originally said, 3 angelfish and a school of corys would be good.

Perhaps your sister would like a few of these:

Nice One! >Just watch potential aggro between Gourami/Angels.>Is it a pair of Gourami? or 2 Male?

They should flourish in your bigger set-up.

(P.s; Just bought two lovely new Angels 'Wild Type' today> They are already competing against a bigger Angel for Food!)

Hoping they will catch up soon (growth) and maybe a pair will occur.

Thanks For The Quick Reply Mate! :)

Im going to have lots of rocks, bogwood and plants with lots of hiding places so i think they should be ok!
What you recon one male one female gourami or two males?
