I bought the jars brand new.....was 7 dollars for 12 of them. Too bad they didn't come in 6 packs. O well, they seem to be fine in them.
Ooops, didn't mean to change the subject....I do like mayo, but not THAT much.

Way to go! Thoughts fish are most certainly safer and healthier with you to take care of them. No one should give you flames about the current jars as most people wouldn't have the spine do go and do what you did, most would just walk away. By the way beautiful girls!

Thanks. They just got their first meal of bloodworms before I took their pictures....so they may have a little bit of pudge on them....they all seem very healthy though, so that is definitely a plus.

they are nice fish, and it's soo cool u saved them, it looks like they needed it their tails are really torn, ud think the fish keeper at the store would have noticed this happining and seperated them...shows how much they pay attention..or care for the fish it's too bad.Those fish are probably pretty special to u arnt they

They more than likely ARE going to be very special to me....bettas just have such awesome personality, every one is different. It's no wonder people end up with so many of them.

Lovely little ladies you've got there, FM! They look quite happy in their little jars. I'm especially fond of the blue-finned one...but they're all lovely

DH (dear husband) and I bought some jars tonight too, except we got them for jam, not for fish Imagine Kevin's surprise if he comes home from work some day this week and finds fish in the jars instead of jam
