well they wouldn't get much further than the lid would they.
i have never seen them jump, or even attempt to.

but to answer your question, no.

I was assuming your aquarium wasn't covered. I know they are notorious for jumping out. I think if they ever tried to jump out and hit the lid hard enough it would cause some type of injury.
 
well as you can see in the pictures they are in perfect condition so i assume they have never tried to jump.
to be honest i've never seen one jump, they don't even bother when i have my hands in cleaning the gravel, thy gather around my hands actually. but no, never seen them or any others jump.
 
well all is done now, changed over to tanganyikan cichlids!
will try and upload some pictures now!

Looks nice. I've never fancied keeping a cichlid tank like that but they are nice to look at.
 
Big thumbs up on this one, nice simple layout and lots of shelter at the same time, bet you miss that hillstream loach though, that was a very nice one you had.
