The Biffster Micro Tank

well yesterday i siliconed it all together just waiting 48 hrs
for it to cure then its a case of plugging it in and throwing the switch
and see if it all works i will let you know how i get on if that works out
OK i will be on the look out for LR

Do you have any camping supply stores nearby? If not most LFS should sell RO containers (though a lot of my local ones have stopped doing it now).

i will check this out today there is an army surplus shop
in the town near us and i know of a caravan shop as well
but will also check out the place where i am going to get my
water from cheers for the tips will let you know how i get on

well today is the day the micro gets its first wet run
just going to fill with tap water and run it up to see
how it performs and what need to be adjusted and
re thought out but here's hoping that all go's to plan

ha ha a it lives filled it stood well clear
and it worked got to try the heater yet that's brand new
first photo

well i need to start think about tuning it up tomorrow the skimmer needs
adjusting a tad bit but besides that not to bad i don't think

believe it or not its quite quiet it will be a bit softer when it
full of L/R and salt mix our lass is over the moon with it

ok so it took me some time and it might
take me another week it needs a tad of adjustment
on the skimmer might even go out and buy an air
powered one as i find the quieter than motor powered ones

i have got a set of blue LEDS to go in it as well
i am just looking for a white set and the lighting should be
spot on oh its been running all night a good long wet run
