That is something i've noticed about the opaline's, one does chase the other one. Its been going on for a while now, the one that does all the chasing seems to be growing a lot quicker than the other, i've made sure the smaller one still gets all his food ect so what might be the cause of this and whats my opitons !!

Hi, Like your plants and tank in general!!


Regarding the Gouramies; The more dominant one will continue to chase the other from now on, in many cases. You could either take one back to shop/re-home in a spare tank, Or get a few more> although this won't guarentee the chasing to stop, only disperses it to others..... + would u want more, as it reduces numbers of other fish you could add.?

My Male Gourami chased Female at alarming rate, until I removed her. > Then any other Gourami/similar sized fish was chased constantly. >Ended up with it as main fish in Community tank for 12 yrs.!
