It seems then that are only taking the questions from the forum, and I'd guess aren't doing so word for word, so I doubt it's really an issue then. Not really worse than quoting a post in order to answer it on here IMO.

Thinking about it though, even just quoting on forum may actually be violating copyright .

At least using the quote function, it automatically references to the poster.
