Hopefully it won't take 10 days, if my experience is anything to go by.
I spoke to tetratec on Tuesday morning (the 7th), about a leak on my ex700. They diagnosed a faulty hose connector, and said one would be with me next week. It turned up today (the 9th) at 8pm via DHL. Very impressed!
