Tetra Tec Filters

Hi

I was thinking of gettin a tetra tec canester filter the EX 600 how quiet and reliable are they? will be intalling it my bedroom so must be quiet!

i have a tetratec ex700 and ive found it to be very quiet i think its a good filter personally

i run the ex1200 in my bedroom and its virtually silent, so i can't see the baby of the bunch keping you awake, good choice a great fliter i have found

I have 2 ex1200 and they are totally silent they really are great

The air pump that I have which is ment to be silent and is about 20 times smaller than the tetratec EX700 is actually louder!! Its difficult to know if the tetratec is actuallly on coz its that silent. you have to either put your hand where the water returns to the tank or on the housing of the filter itself to feel the slight vibration!!

have an EX700 and can't hear it at all. Mind you can't hear the eheim ecco 2234 either! or combined.
