Wow, never seen or even heard of that before.

Don't really like the variety though tbh, but great photos :good:.

These guys are probably going to be even more sensitive than the cheapo 40p neons available right now, I'm sure I'll probaby see them in LFS' in the near future :rolleyes: .
 
Poor things - I still don't understand why people buy such things.

Arn't all tetras fin nippers, somewhat? I remember reading how they have exactly the same amount of teeth as a piranha, makes sense, they are all in the same family.
 
Many tetras are semi-aggressive, and those that aren't usually will stand up for themselves in a scrap. Being front toothed, a bite from a tetra can do a lot more damage then from tooth less or back toothed fish.
 
Those are crazy, I've never seen neons like that. I'm not exactly sure how I feel about them yet, in one since they're beautiful but in another like most others have said they're probably a lot more sensitive.
 
Urgh, that's disgusting.

they would just nip each other half to death in a shoal, even that one (looks like the same one) has ragged fins.
