Temperature Concerns & Nitrate/nitrite Levels

I have began to build up the light levels in my tank I am up to 6 hours each day moving towards 12 hours a day.(Arcadia Luminaire T5Mx4 48)

My concern is the temp is rising slowly

I have now turned the heaters off - but I am sure they are working fine.

I think it is the heat from the light not being dispersed.

Any suggestions as to how to control the temp a bit better.


BTW do these figures make senses
