Temperature Changes

just wondering what is an acceptable range for my temperature to stay between.

closely monitoring my tank I find that it can change upto 5 degs in the course of a day eg when the weather is really hot it can go from 25 early in the morning upto 30 by the time the lights go off.

it's usually not as extreme at this but it will usually go from 26ish to near to 29 in the course of a day, should I be concerned? should I bump the heater up to keep it steady but higher..?

well tbh my tank does it also, best thing you can do is open windows, put a fan on if that worried but my tank used to do that all time and usually did go down below 27 when i had a hood. Aslong it doesnt seem to affect the fish or corals i wouldnt worry too much.
