I love audiobooks and podcasts for that reasonAudiobooks work for us. Stops the mind from racing and gives a focus. You may not always be asleep but you are more "rested"
Oh please no I can’t stay awake for another 120 hourson a side note, you could apply for the Guiness book of records for most hours awake.
I really hope you can get some rest soon Gius. You're in my prayers.Still no sleep, I appreciate all your suggestions. I’m going to try a 3 liter IV infusion to see if that helps settle my heart and will allow me to sleep. We’re at 150+ hours awake.
Dang... So someone has stayed awake for 270hrs?? Holy moly...Oh please no I can’t stay awake for another 120 hours
@JuiceBox52"The record holder at the time was Robert McDonald, who went 453 hours 40 minutes (18 days 21 hours 40 minutes) without sleeping in 1986. Although we no longer monitor the record due to the inherent dangers associated with sleep deprivation, we can say that no one is known to have broken it since McDonald."

I truly don’t know how I am functioning. It takes all my effort to type and read straight. I’m hallucinating. I think the only reason I’m still even functioning at all is my loss of consciousness episodes from my heart might be counting as little micro-sleeps of 1-2 minutes. The longest I have gone without sleep is 3 days and I was a zombie at the end of it. I couldn't focus and could barely stand up. Eventually I passed out and woke up 5 hours later.
So far it’s only been when I faint but maybe it’s holding me overActually 10-15 minute naps do apparently help with improved work so if you manage to have a few short naps during the day, it would help. I know when i pass out during the day and wake up a couple of hours later I still feel like a zombie but not as bad.
