nooo lol. rite . the tank with the sand in has its own pump powerd multiple sponge filter,

the corner tank with the UG filter has gravel.

rite, done a test on both tanks....

the juwel tank, only had water treatment,

results:

ph:7.6
High ph:7.8
ammonia:0
nitrate:5.0
Nitrite:0


Now the Corner tank had water treatment, and filter start.

ph:7.6
High ph:7.4
ammonia:0
Nitate:0
Nitrite:0

im puzzled as to why, the juwel thats not had filter start, only stuff to take out the chlorine is showing nitrate at 5.0 , is that a good thing?

and yet the tank thats had the filter start is showing nouthing? lol

Yeah, you need to add ammonia, since this is the food source for the bacteria that will be growing in your tank.

Yeah, you need to add ammonia, since this is the food source for the bacteria that will be growing in your tank.
