you could always try limestone i use it in my tropheus tank and it helps buffer the ph up

rock hunt is sort of going, ive found lava rock really cheap but its like 90 miles away so bit of a trek, found something called elephant stone which i really liked the look of till i looked at the price!!! so the hunt goes on for now
