Swollen lump near anal fin in female guppy

Hi I have 1 male and 1 female guppy. My female gave birth a little while ago. The 3 fry I have are a good size now. But my female still seams large and now has a lump near her anal fin for a few days now. Does anyone know what’s happening?

Possibly a prolapse, sometimes they heal, sometimes it's fatal. Be sure to minimise stress for the fish.
