Yep i think so. But i asked about this red spot thingy to my neighbor, he has TONS of guppies in his tanks without using any chiller/fan and he succeed in breeding them. he answered that the guppy in such condition, needs a warmer temperature to heal faster, is this correct?

Not sure. I still think it is more closely related to the ph/softness of the tank, than temp.

Do you have any idea how long it can be used if i test the water parameter once a week?

Liquid reagent testers last for a year after they've been opened or until the use by date, whichever comes first.
