Sudden Death Of My 3 Yo Koi

Hi all, I'm new here. I was horrified to find my 3yo koi lying dead on her side on the bottom of the pond a few weeks ago. She appeared to have no parasites or damaged gills or any exterior damage. Water testing was normal. The other koi and goldfish are fine also. I'm guessing she died of compacted eggs going off inside her. Any clues please?
