Ok thought this would be a fun thread, being a photographer when i get a camera the first thing i do is read the manual...

many a time i have been out and been approached by somebody with a DSLR they have had it a couple of days and havent taken any pics....
when i asked why, the reply was how do i turn it on??
he seemed too have ignored the red flick switch say ON on it

anybody asked you tupid Q's like this before?

Never had a stupid question asked of me, but I don't believe in such a thing as a stupid question so maybe that's why.

What I have experienced is idiots who get in the way while I'm doing a paying gig for someone. I shoot weddings from time to time for pay, it seems like every single wedding I've done has some idiot family member with a 400D who insists on elbowing in on all the shots I set up, and ruining a lot of them with the little auto flash on his/her camera. Last time I shot a wedding, the neighbor was the guy and he got really angry with me when the bride and groom invited me to the wedding luncheon for food and to shoot some photos there. He told me that he was basically family and that this was a family event, he said he would handle the photography at the lunch. I ignored him of course and got an embarrassed (and unnecessary) apology from the bride and groom afterwards. There's one in every crowd I suppose!
