Strongest Internal Filter?

Simply put, what is the strongest internal filter available on the market? I am looking for one for my 4ft tank approx 250litres

Have a look at the Fluval 4+ (more info can be found on the Hagen website at www.hagen.com). Any particular reason for going for an internal instead of an external filterif you don't mind me asking?
